Orizn Visa Check for apaleo

What the app does

On every new reservation, the app uses two things only: the nationality of the primary guest and the country of the property. It is set up so that apaleo never sends us the guest's name, email address or passport number. It queries the Orizn API and shows the entry requirement in an “Orizn” tab of the reservation, without changing the reservation itself:

• Visa-free, with the number of days allowed
• E-visa
• Electronic travel authorisation (ETA)
• Visa on arrival
• Visa required
• Entry not permitted

Each result shows the date it was last verified and, when we have it, a link to the official source. The tab is available in English, German and French.

Install in three steps

1. 1. Connect your apaleo account

   Install Orizn Visa Check from the apaleo Store and authorise it through apaleo Connect.

2. 2. Every property is covered

   The app covers all the properties of the connected apaleo account. Billing is per property.

3. 3. Nothing else to do

   From then on, every new reservation is checked automatically. A reservation made before the install is checked the first time its Orizn tab is opened.

Pricing

290 USD per property per year (two months free), or 29 USD per property per month. Every property starts with a 30-day free trial; subscribe before it ends, choosing as many properties as you have connected.

Subscribe from the Orizn tab inside apaleo so the payment is linked to your account.

Data and privacy

The app processes the primary guest's nationality country code, the property's country and the reservation id — nothing that identifies the guest. The details are in the privacy policy, section “apaleo integration (Orizn Visa Check)”.
